1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests

❗ Requests without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Perfumes, deodorants, or fragrances once opened or used

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

• Products returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Share your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video

3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Replacement Policy

• Replacements are subject to product availability

• If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A replacement of equal value

  • Store credit for future purchases

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, direct exchanges are not supported.
You may return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
